A: In most of the country you can expect 3-4 years before the lawn would need to be treated again. In intense UV areas (desert climates) the life expectancy is reduced to 2-3 years. ChillFill® liquid solution can be applied as needed after the install to maintain the cooling technology.
Q: How many lbs per sq ft should I use and what is the sieve size?
A: Use 2 lbs per sq ft and it is 16-30 sieve.
Q: Do I need to use other infill with this?
A: If it is a lawn or play application we suggest using your regular infill levels – 2 of those lbs per sq ft should be ChillFill®. We recommend using ChillFill® as the top layer.
